Delivery Notice: Summer Closure of Swiss Head Office
Please note that our head office in Switzerland will be closed for summer holidays from 21st July to 11th August.
- Orders within Switzerland, and orders to the United States will be paused during this period
- Orders to Europe (excluding Switzerland) and Canada will be fulfilled from our Asia Pacific office in Hong Kong.
If you're a customer in Switzerland and the United States, please place your order no later than 14th July to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping Rates
We offer free worldwide shipping. All product prices include applicable taxes. While import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations, these duties are currently covered by us.
We still recommend reviewing your country’s import policies, as regulations can change. If an order is returned due to unpaid duties (in rare cases where they may still apply), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any return shipping fees and customs charges.
Shipping Time
All orders will be processed promptly, and you can expect to receive your purchase within 10 business days after your order has been confirmed. Please note that all shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination. During peak periods, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Shipping Restrictions
We are actively working to expand our global reach. However, some regions may currently be unavailable for delivery, and certain products may have shipping restrictions.
Stolen/ Damaged Parcels
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe and secure shipping address. Ernest Borel are not liable for stolen or missing parcels after a successful delivery has been confirmed. Ernest Borel are not liable for any damage to parcels after they have been successfully delivered to the provided address.
Redelivery Fees
If your parcel is being returned to us, please contact us immediately to arrange redelivery. Note that redelivery fees may apply.
